Only purchases made through the official website of X9 Smart Security may be refunded under this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy is not applicable for orders placed from other unauthorized channels. The amount actually paid for the product or service will be refunded only.
While making a request for the refund, following information should be provided by the customer.
